About the CEO
Advocate Basant Joshi, Founder and CEO of Lex Nepal Law Firm, is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in Criminal and Constitutional Law. Holding both an LL.M. and B.A.LL.B. from Tribhuvan University’s Nepal Law Campus, he has represented over 200 cases across the Supreme Court, High Courts, Special Court, and District Courts. He has also advised 300+ private companies, several public companies, and various government and non-government institutions, with expertise in drafting cases, contracts, laws, and regulations.
Alongside litigation, he serves as an Executive Board Member of the Special Court Bar Association and holds key roles as a Legal Advisor, Arbitration Counsel, and Project Coordinator in multiple organizations. As the Founder of the Lex Nepal Centre for Legal Affairs and a leading bar license preparation tutor, he has guided countless aspiring lawyers and built a strong nationwide network in the legal community.
